SUNGO warrants to all customers and the ultimate users, that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from date of production. This Warranty is nontransferable. This Warranty does not extend to any damage or defects caused by negligence, freeze damage, improper installation, vandalism, or improper use. If the product fails to perform through defects in material or workmanship in manufacturing, the manufacturer's sole obligation under this Warranty is to repair or replace the defective product without charge. Except where prohibited or limited by applicable law, the manufacturer may require that the ultimate consumer bear a certain expenses of shipment of defective panel(s) or parts to and from its factory.
