A New Split-type Solar Water Heater

The inharmonic of the integral-type solar water heater's installation with the city construction style influences the city's appearance and districts' construction style.
The problem how to realize the construction integration is now faced by us. The so-called construction integration refers to the solar water heater's organic integration with the construction style, which needs the heat collector be separated from the water storage device. It means to install the heat collector outdoors and to put the water storage tank indoors.
The water temperature of the outdoor heat collector and indoor water tank will be measured through sensor to control the water pump's work; meanwhile the heat will be transmitted from the heat collector to the water tank in order to heat water in the tank. This structure is comparatively complicated and if necessary, an additional inflatable water tank will need to be installed. Adding heat exchange device in the water tank will increase the installation difficulty and cost, which goes against the product's promotion and application at home.
After several years' research, we develop a new Split-type Solar Water Heater that can settle the above problems and provide a better design alternative for promoting and applying the solar energy and construction integration.
The Basic Technical Principle
The heat collector adopts all-glass vacuum solar heat tube and the water tank adopts pressure-resisting design and is of assistant electric-heating function. The computer board of the water tank analyses and compares the temperature difference between the heat collector sensor and the sensor in the water tank, controls the opening of the water pump's solenoid valve and transmits water from the tank to the heat collecting glass tube to make it heated and do circulative heat transfer.
The cold water circulator is inserted into the bottom of the water tank and its upper extreme is connected with the solenoid valve and circulative water pump of which the connected wire is linked with the computer board; and they are both controlled by the computer board signal. The water pump connects with an end of the heat collector through pipelines.
The heat collector system possesses a vent-pipe and an overflow pipe which is interlinked with the indoor cloacae. If water flows out of the overflow pipe, it means the system has been full of water. The other end of the heat collector is linked with an one-way valve and is connected with the hot water circulator of which the orifice is in the central upside of the water tank. To ensure unobstructed circulation, there must be a certain distance between the cold water and the hot water circulator. The water inlet pipe must be connected with a pressure switch linked with the computer board. Thus, the pressure switch signal will be used by computer board to control the switch of the solenoid valve and the water pump.
When you take a bath, the tap water inlet pressure switch gets the pressure signal and delivers it to the computer board, then it will keep the water pump and the solenoid valve in a off state; moreover, the one-way valve's one-way water inlet function makes the water in the tank can not flow to the heat collector, so you can take a bath under the tap water pressure.
