China is to issue Support the policy on New Energy Resources Tax

Under the condition that the prices of petrol ceaselessly mount up while the energy resources gradually run short, Zhu Zhigang, the undersecretary of Ministry of Finance said odd-come-shortly, in order to reinforce the protection of resources and the department concerned was taking the research to the tax policy in detail, consisting of the permission to the enterprises chiefly in charge of the development of new energy resources to distill the Venture Reserve before tax.

Mr. Zhu explained: Because the global petrol prices are of unsteadiness, considering that the enterprises chiefly in charge of the development of new energy resources could continually manufacture in the circumstances that the petrol prices are on the low side, the authorities are considering to allow these enterprises to distill the Venture Reserve before tax, which means it would reduce the total amount taxes of these enterprises, and impart the preferential policy of income tax to them.
